It has been a fantastic year and my most enjoyable as a teacher. We have all learnt so much together and everyone has achieved so much. We have developed great friendships and I look forward to seeing everyone again after the Summer Holidays. A big thank you to all pupils and parents for all your hard work and support this year.
Now it's time to write your thoughts and feelings, what have you enjoyed the most about Year 3. What are your favourite memories, lessons, topics, trip, activities, moments etc. I look forward to reading your comments and REMEMBER ... to use capital letters and full stops correctly. : )
Do you often ask your children what they do in school each day??? Well this blog will give pupils the chance to write about what they have been doing in Year 3 with Mr Jones. You can also look back at the work Year 3/4s did from 2011/2012/2013 as all blogs will remain. The aim of the blog is share what we have been learning with others, it is a great way to see what we have been getting up to in Year 3. I hope you enjoy it!

We all took part in the running, skipping and the Egg and spoon race heats, with the winners competing in a final for each year group. Some of us took part in the Long Jump, Shot Putt, Javelin and Discus. We were put into 4 teams and awarded points for taking part and finishing in 1st, 2nd or 3rd place.

Our Friends from Tate Woods Elementary
Thursday 31st May our friends from Tate Woods Elementary School are finishing school for their well deserved long Summer Break. When we first met in September seems ages ago and Thursday we will be Skyping for the final time to say our goodbyes. : (
In this section of the blog I want pupils to share their favourite memory of working together. We have done so much together this year and I wanted to give everyone the chance to write about your thoughts and feelings. Please comment to say what you enjoyed the most? Things that made you laugh? What you learned from working together? or anything else you wish to add about our projects.
Think about the intro videos, class emails, photographs of school events, blogging, Environmenatl projects, Chocolate, Valentines, Easter, St Davids Day, Newsrounds, Green screens and my favourite the Skypes.
I really can't wait to read all your comments.
